Shipping
US domestic shipping
Ready-made pieces ship within 5-7 business days via UPS Ground. Need it sooner? Rush shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Made-to-order and custom pieces are hand-built specifically for you and typically take 6–8 weeks to complete before they ship. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
International shipping
We ship internationally via DHL Express. A flat $30 handling fee is added to your calculated shipping cost to cover extra protective packaging, customs paperwork, and insurance for international transit. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These are separate from your shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office upon delivery. Please allow 1–2 additional weeks beyond standard processing and transit time for international orders to account for customs clearance. Custom pieces shipping internationally should allow approximately 8–10 weeks total from order to delivery.
How We Pack Your Piece
Every piece is hand-wrapped in bubble wrap and paper, nestled in a protective canvas bag, and cushioned with additional soft packaging before boxing. We take the same care packing your work as we did making it. Each piece also ships with a custom Certificate of Authenticity, signed and numbered by hand.
Returns
Our Policy
Because every MPotster piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for ready-made or custom pieces due to change of mind.
Damaged in Transit
If your piece arrives broken or damaged, we’ll make it right. Email us photo proof within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll offer your choice of a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a replacement. There’s no need to ship the broken piece back to us.
